Arrival for set up at Etihad Stadium is from 7am onwards, please ensure you are set up in preparation for the meeting by 9am.

Set up details:

Sizing of trestle tables: 6ft
Meeting room: Legends Lounge
If you plan to bring large equipment into the venue/unload, please bring a physical form of ID (passport/driving license).
